Eligible items may be returned for Exchange only.Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date received. Itsalifestyle will not accept any returns after 30 days. Exchange items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted. If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return/exchange is subject to rejection. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not honor any exchange. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please allow up to 7 business days any for returns/exchange to be processed
